2. PRICING & PAYMENT

2.1 All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Payment must be completed in full at the time of placing an order.

2.3 No EMI facility is available on any product purchased through Elik Fashion.

2.4 We accept payments through major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and authorized wallets.

3. DELIVERY POLICY

3.1 Elik Fashion offers free standard delivery on all orders above ₹500/-.

3.2 Orders below ₹500/- will attract a standard delivery charge as mentioned at checkout.

3.3 Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, strikes, or force majeure events.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

4.1 COD facility is available for select pin codes and may require additional verification.

4.2 Elik Fashion reserves the right to decline COD orders in case of repeated cancellations, fraudulent activity, or unserviceable locations.

5. RETURN & EXCHANGES

5.1 Customers may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

5.2 Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

5.3 Items such as innerwear, accessories, or clearance-sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

5.4 Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection, within 7–10 business days, to the original method of payment.

6. GIFT CARDS & VOUCHERS

6.1 Elik Fashion gift cards/vouchers are redeemable exclusively on our official website.

6.2 Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6.3 If the order value exceeds the gift card balance, the difference must be paid via another accepted payment method.

6.4 Gift cards remain valid until the date of expiry specified at the time of issuance.

6.5 Elik Fashion reserves the right to cancel or suspend gift cards suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized use.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

7.1 All designs, product images, text, graphics, logos, and other content on this website are the exclusive property of Elik Fashion.

7.2 No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 Elik Fashion shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

8.2 We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier partners or incorrect details provided by customers.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
